Job Description

Are you passionate about roller skating and providing excellent customer service? We're seeking an energetic and skilled Roller Skating Waiter to join our unique dining experience in the beautiful tropical paradise of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. In this exciting role, you'll glide through our restaurant, serving guests with style and flair while showcasing your roller skating prowess.

• Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome
• Take food and beverage orders while demonstrating impressive roller skating skills
• Serve meals and drinks with precision and grace, all while on roller skates
• Ensure tables are cleared and reset promptly between guests
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Entertain guests with occasional roller skating performances or tricks
• Assist in training new roller skating waitstaff
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications

• Proficient roller skating abilities with excellent balance and coordination
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and attentive demeanour
• Ability to carry trays and serve food while skating confidently
• Good memory for taking and remembering orders accurately
• Basic maths skills for handling financial transactions
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality (preferred)
• Food handling certification (preferred)
• Physical stamina to work long hours on roller skates in a tropical climate
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
