Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our healthcare team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a vital member of our medical staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the overall well-being of our community.

  • Assess patients' health conditions and develop appropriate care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes
  • Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
  • Assist with medical procedures and examinations as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Valid nursing licence
  • Minimum of 2 years' nursing experience
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in medical record-keeping and basic computer skills
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • In-depth understanding of infection control practices and patient care protocols
  • Familiarity with various medical equipment and their proper usage
  • Ability to speak Vietnamese is preferred
  • Compassionate and patient-centred approach to healthcare
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a diverse cultural setting
