Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our healthcare team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a vital member of our medical staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the overall well-being of our community.
- Assess patients' health conditions and develop appropriate care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Assist with medical procedures and examinations as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Valid nursing licence
- Minimum of 2 years' nursing experience
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in medical record-keeping and basic computer skills
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- In-depth understanding of infection control practices and patient care protocols
- Familiarity with various medical equipment and their proper usage
- Ability to speak Vietnamese is preferred
- Compassionate and patient-centred approach to healthcare
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a diverse cultural setting
