Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive (Europe & UK) to join our dynamic team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our organisation's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, including activity updates and market analyses
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our organisation
  • Stay up-to-date with our product offerings, industry trends, and best practices in sales techniques
  • Contribute to the development of sales collateral and marketing materials
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Events Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar sales capacity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
  • Knowledge of the local market and business landscape in Phu Quoc, Vietnam
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Service-oriented approach with keen attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with high energy levels and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
  • Flexibility to travel and attend events as required
