Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive (Europe & UK) to join our dynamic team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our organisation's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, including activity updates and market analyses
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our organisation
- Stay up-to-date with our product offerings, industry trends, and best practices in sales techniques
- Contribute to the development of sales collateral and marketing materials
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators
Qualifications
- Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Events Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar sales capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of the local market and business landscape in Phu Quoc, Vietnam
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Service-oriented approach with keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated with high energy levels and a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
- Flexibility to travel and attend events as required
