Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Co-ordinator to join our leisure team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Sales Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring smooth operations within our leisure department.

  • Assist in coordinating and managing sales activities for our leisure offerings
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other marketing materials
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the sales team
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of leisure industry trends and practices
  • Understanding of sales processes and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment
