Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Co-ordinator to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Sales Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring smooth operations within our department.
- Assist in coordinating and managing sales activities for our resort
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other marketing materials
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the sales team
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics
- Liaise with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Knowledge of leisure industry trends and practices
- Understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment
