Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Engineering Administrator to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering department, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across various projects.

  • Coordinate and manage engineering project schedules, timelines, and resources
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate project progress
  • Organise and schedule meetings, conference calls, and video conferences
  • Manage and update engineering databases and filing systems
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor project expenses
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for engineering staff when necessary
  • Support the procurement process for engineering equipment and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an engineering or technical environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with project management software
  • Strong organisational and time-keeping skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
  • Familiarity with engineering processes and terminology
  • Understanding of technical documentation and drawings
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is desirable
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
