Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Kids Club Supervisor to join our team at our luxurious resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As the Kids Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our children's activities programme, ensuring a safe, fun, and educational environment for our young guests.
- Plan, implement, and supervise engaging daily activities for children of various age groups
- Train and manage Kids Club Attendants, ensuring they deliver high-quality care and entertainment
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in the Kids Club area
- Interact with children in a positive, age-appropriate manner, fostering creativity and respect
- Oversee the proper registration and sign-in/sign-out procedures for all children
- Conduct regular safety checks and maintain all necessary documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to create special events and themed activities
- Handle any incidents or emergencies promptly and professionally
- Ensure all toys and equipment are properly sanitised and maintained
- Prepare monthly reports and maintain accurate records
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in childcare, preferably in a supervisory role within a resort or hospitality setting
- High School Diploma or College Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
- Valid CPR/AED and First Aid certifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to plan and implement age-appropriate activities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to engage with children throughout the day
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work in an international environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting
- Passion for working with children and creating memorable experiences
