Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - ROW to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As the Sales Manager for the ROW market, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a high-performing sales team across diverse markets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the ROW markets
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals across multiple countries
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and expand market share
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Forecast sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Travel extensively within the ROW region to support sales initiatives and attend industry events
- Adapt sales approaches to accommodate cultural nuances and business practices across different ROW markets
- Contribute to the development of new products and services based on customer feedback and market demands
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 5-7 years in sales management within the ROW Market, consistently achieving and exceeding targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams across multiple countries
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and business intelligence tools
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of ROW markets, business practices, and cultural nuances
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies in diverse markets
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Fluency in English; proficiency in one or more relevant languages is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel extensively within the CIS region
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
