Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Manager to join our dynamic team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing our content strategy across various digital platforms.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our organisation's goals and target audience
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice
  • Optimise content for SEO and implement best practices to improve search engine rankings
  • Analyse content performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging content formats to maintain a competitive edge
  • Manage and mentor a team of content creators, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or a similar role
  • Proven track record of creating and managing successful content strategies
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements
  • Experience with analytics tools to measure and report on content performance
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and content creation best practices
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
