What will you do?
To ensure an efficient and smooth operation of the Reservations Department; following the hotel standard and responsible for team development.

  • To handle all guest inquiries and deliver up-to-standard service
  • To perform and respond for accurately processing reservations with details, checking availability, and confirming the booking in the reservations system
  • To provide excellent customer service following the Hotel’s standards in all emails and phone calls
  • To raise and communicate with the team and other departments for any special guest arrangement and request
  • To familiarize the information on the Hotel’s facilities, amenities, service, and standard
  • To follow and implement the hotel’s strategies
  • To perform any other ad hoc tasks, reports, and duties assigned by the supervisor
  • To work on shift and be flexible about working on weekends or public holidays

Qualifications

Knowledge and skills

  • Certificate / Diploma or above education qualification in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fresh graduates with passion are also welcome
  • Relevant experience in the reservations / front office is preferable
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Opera Cloud is an advantage
