Job Description

Director of Spa

Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring an exceptional and unique guest experience that reflects the brand's commitment to excellence. This role involves leading a team of skilled spa professionals, curating innovative wellness programs, and achieving financial targets while upholding the highest standards of quality and service.

  • Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and service standards tailored to Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North.
  • Manage spa budgets, financial plans, and control expenditures to meet financial objectives.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the spa team to deliver personalized and memorable guest experiences.
  • Design and promote bespoke spa services, wellness packages, and signature treatments exclusive to Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North.
  • Ensure all spa operations adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, ambiance, and functionality of the state-of-the-art spa facilities.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotions that enhance the spa's visibility and revenue.
  • Stay updated with the latest spa and wellness trends to keep Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North at the forefront of luxury wellness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with premium vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management within a luxury hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury spa treatments, services, and products.
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
